Getting Started
This guide will help you get up and running with ACE Report Center in just a few minutes.
Logging In

Open your web browser
Go to ace-reports.app in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari). -
Enter your credentials
Type your email address and password provided by your administrator. -
Click "Sign In"
You'll be taken to your Dashboard where you can see store status and recent reports.
First time? Your administrator will provide you with login credentials. If you haven't received them, contact your system administrator.
Understanding Your Role
Your user role determines what you can do in the system:
| Role | What You Can Do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | View and download completed reports. Browse report history. |
| Operator | Everything a Viewer can do, plus request new reports from stores. |
| Manager | Everything an Operator can do, plus create schedules, manage stores, and view users. |
| Admin | Full access including creating and managing users. |
Navigating the Interface
The ACE Report Center interface has two main areas:
Sidebar Navigation
On the left side of the screen, you'll find links to all the main sections:
- Dashboard - Overview of store status and recent activity
- Reports - Request reports, view queue, and browse history
- Schedules - Set up automatic recurring reports
- Stores - Manage store connections (Managers/Admins only)
- Users - Manage user accounts (Admins only)
Main Content Area
The large area on the right displays the current page content. This is where you'll interact with reports, view data, and manage settings.
Your First Report
Ready to run your first report? Here's a quick walkthrough:

Go to Reports > Request Report
Click "Reports" in the sidebar, then select "Request Report." -
Choose a report type
Browse the available reports by category (Accounting, Sales, etc.) and click on the one you need. -
Select your store(s)
Check the box next to each store you want to run the report for. You can select multiple stores at once. -
Set parameters
Choose the time period and any other options for your report. -
Click "Request Report"
Your report will be sent to the selected stores. You'll be taken to the Queue where you can monitor progress.
How long does it take? Most reports complete within a few seconds to a minute, depending on the report type and store connection speed.
Checking Store Status
Before requesting a report, it's helpful to check if your stores are online:
- Online - Store is connected and ready to process reports
- Offline - Store agent is not currently connected. Reports will queue until it comes online.
You can see store status on the Dashboard or on the Stores page.
